What is CountyMed?
CountyMed is a direct primary care practice. We are designed to cater to a limited amount of members/patients as a full service medical office. We are available for primary care services in addition to urgent/emergent care needs.
What services do you provide?
We provide health maintenance services including yearly physicals with recommended labs. We provide urgent and emergent care needs for our members. These include telemedicine and office visits.
Do you take insurance?
We do not take insurance. Your membership covers all visit costs, primary or urgent.
How do I sign up?
Sign up via the "Enroll Now" link at the top of this page or come in to the office for a tour and meet our team.
What is the cost?
Membership tiers: Platinum $150/month Gold $130/month Silver $110/month Student/Child $100/month Child membership reduced to $70/month if signing up with a parent/guardian *Family discounts available if multiple members sign up
How can I cancel?
Month to month membership. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What are your hours?
Monday-Friday 9-3. After hours and weekend hours availability dependent on need. Your doctor is available via text and email 24 hours a day.
Do you offer telemedicine?
Yes. Visits can be in person or via telemedicine for your convenience.
Can I get referrals to specialists?
Yes. We are able to refer to a number of specialists in the area dependent on need. Insurance recommended but cash pay arrangements may be made at a discount for members.
Do you prescribe medical marijuana?
Yes. I am a registered practitioner for medical cannabis.
Do you have X-rays on site?
We do not have X-ray capability on site but can arrange urgent or emergent imaging at local centers.
Do you do labs?
We have onsite labs including rapid tests for strep, flu and COVID. We also do other simple labs in house. Other labs can be drawn in house and sent to local labs.
Do you have meds on-site?
We do not carry prescription meds on-site. We will prescribe the most cost effective medications available for acute illnesses as well as with chronic care needs.
What ages of patients do you see?
Ages 5-64. Unfortunately, we cannot see any patients qualified for Medicare at this time. This may change dependent on need.
